SDPA has secured renowned educator and author Jean Bolognia, MD, to headline the SDPA Annual Summer Dermatology Conference, June 16-19, 2022, in Austin, Texas. Dr. Bolognia, senior editor of Dermatology and Dermatology Essentials, joins an impressive list of distinguished faculty who will lecture on trends, best practices, and other topics important to dermatology PAs and healthcare professionals interested in dermatology.
Dr. Bolognia is Professor of Dermatology at the Yale University School of Medicine. She has served as President of the Medical Dermatology Society, the Women’s Dermatologic Society and the American Dermatological Association, in addition to serving as Vice-President of the Society of Investigative Dermatology, the American Board of Dermatology, and the International Society of Dermatology. She has also been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology and the International League of Dermatological Societies and was Secretary-General of the latter organization. Dr. Bolognia is celebrated for her work with textbooks Dermatology, now in its fourth edition, and Dermatology Essentials, in its second edition.
